Return and Refund Policy

​We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
 

Eligibility for Returns

  • Item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn/unused, with tags (if possible), and in original packaging.

  • Contact us before sending anything back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
     

How to Start a Return

Use the CONTACT FORM on our website. We’ll provide return instructions and the correct return address.
 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if there’s a problem.

  • We may request a clear photo or video of the issue.

  • Our policy is to replace damaged or incorrect items.
     

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:​

  • Clearance items or gift cards
     

Exchanges

For fastest service, return your item and place a new order once your return is approved.
 

EU Customers

If your order ships to the European Union, you have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel or return for any reason. Item must meet standard return conditions.
 

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, we’ll refund your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer. If 15 business days have passed since approval, contact using our CONTACT FORM.
